Jesus Healed My Heart

My wounds have been healed,

my prayers have been answered.

Just when I thought all was lost,

God opened a door

and planted hope in my heart.

This bandage that I've been wearing like some kind of badge of honor

has got to go.

I don't need it anymore.

I'll never forget the day

Jesus healed me 
and took the years of pain in my heart and soul away.
